Under Graduation (CBCS) - CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM
UG Examination Process
All the Under Graduate Programs offered are 3 years program spread over 6 Semesters with respect to Teaching and Evaluation. Each Academic year is divided into Two Semesters. The First or Odd Semester is from June – December and the Second or Even Semester is from December to May. The College has adopted the system of valuation based both on Continuous Internal Assessment (C.I.A.) and Semester-End Examination (S.E.E). Each Semester has Three Internal Examinations (C.I.A.) along with one Semester End Examination (S.E.E) as a part of a reliable and sustainable evaluation process.
UG Examination Structure
The Examinations have Three Internal Examinations (C.I.A.) along with
one Semester End Examination (S.E.E) in the ratio of 30:70.

COMPONENTS OF C.I.A (THEORY)

The S.E.E. will be in the form of a comprehensive written examination for each course at the end of the Semester and most of the subjects have Practical Examination also. Semester End Examinations are conducted for Odd Semesters, SEMESTER I, III & V (REGULAR) in the month of Nov/Dec and for Even Semesters (SEMESTER II, IV & VI), in the month of April/May. The External Examiners will be appointed by the Controller of Examinations from panel of Examiners recommended by the Board of Studies of each department. The functions of the External Examiners are to set the question papers, prepare the scheme of valuation, value the answer scripts and prepare the marks lists. Notification for these examinations will be released 45 days prior to the date of examinations.

All the Post Graduate Programs offered are 2 years program spread over 4 Semesters with respect to Teaching and Evaluation. Each Academic year is divided into Two Semesters. The College has adopted the system of valuation based both on Continuous Internal Assessment (C.I.A.) and Semester-End Examination (S.E.E). Marks in each course is a part of a reliable and sustainable evaluation process.
EXAMINATION STRUCTURE FOR SEM I & II ( w.e.f. 2025 -2026)
Each Semester has Three Internal Examinations (C.I.A.) and subject wise assessments along with one Semester End Examination (S.E.E) in the ratio of 40:60.
