Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was institued in the college on 1st December, 2012 as a Quality Sustenance Measure.The IQAC has evolved mechanisms and procedures and made a significant contribution in the post Accreditation phase for ensuring enhancement and integration among the various activities of the institution and internalizing its good practices.
The prime tasks of the IQAC are

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established at St. Pious X Degree and PG College on 1/12/12 as a post- accreditation quality sustenance measure. The IQAC was established to become a part of the institution’s system and work towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.
The IQAC has evolved mechanisms and procedures and made a significant contribution in the post-accreditation phase for ensuring enhancement and integration among the various activities of the institution and institutionalizing good practices. IQAC helped in ensuring efficient and progressive performance of academic and administrative tasks, optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning, enhancing the overall quality of academic and research programmes and also for ensuring the maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services to students.
The Institution focuses its Perspective Plans on Quality Education. Accordingly, Goals and Objectives are formulated on the framework of its Vision and Mission.
