Avodah Activities 2024-2025
23rd October 2024 - ‘Birthday with a Purpose’
Avodah encouraged students, teaching and non teaching staff to come forward and donate for the upliftment of the needy by contributing on their birthdays to make it more memorable and a special one. The fund raised will help Avodah to provide basic necessities to the needy through various donation drives.
22nd July 2025 - ISR WING AVODAH
Department of Microbiology and ISR Wing AVODAH, St. Pious X Degree & PG College for Women organized a “Social Outreach Program Pious Cares – Student Visit to Abhi Sai Datta Orphanage”. The initiative was aimed at instilling in students a deep sense of social responsibility, empathy, and community engagement. The visit provided a platform for students to interact with underprivileged children, understand their lives, and contribute meaningfully to their well-being.
15th -22 October 2024 - DAAN UTSAV
Avodah and Avani, ISR Wings of the college had organized a donation drive.Students, faculty and non teaching staff had actively participated in the drive and donated different items such as Clothing, bedsheets, utensils, shoes, Bags, Educational Materials and Toys.
