This 15-day skill development program is designed to introduce students to the power of
millets — the ancient grains of India — and help them gain hands-on culinary experience in
creating nutritious, affordable, and modern millet-based recipes. With the growing
popularity of sustainable, local, and wholesome foods, this course helps students bridge
traditional food wisdom with modern health needs.Students will explore millet varieties, cooking methods, hygiene practices, healthy recipe
design, food presentation, and much more — all in an engaging, interactive format.
